A few customers have reached out to us stating how their bathing water becomes slimy after adding BathEase water softener.
Rest assured that it is completely normal! Water hardness varies with cities. BathEase has been scientifically designed to tackle the hardest waters in India, but it is not city-specific.
If you feel your bathing water is too slimy after adding BathEase, a simple and effective fix would be to increase the quantity of your bathing water into which BathEase is added. If you are using 20 litres now, simply increasing the volume of water to 25 litres should do the trick.
Alternatively, you can also shake the contents of a sachet really well and add only parts of the powder to your bathing water.
